Key Responsibilities

  • Manage meeting invitations of Board of Commissioners;
  • As a liaison between the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors;
  • Making outgoing letter s and documenting the letters related with the Board of Commissioners;
  • preparing minutes of meetings and other secretarial administration duties;
  • Collecting materials and information that relevant to the implementation of the Board of Commissioners’ duties

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as secretary To Board Of Commissioners or working in corporate secretary field, law or administration filed;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Communication or any related field;
  • Having experience in corporate law or corporate governance is an added value;
  • Skilled in compiling meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documenting decisions from the Board of Commissioners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail, thorough and having a knowledge and skills related to administration;
  • Having a disciplined work style and a strong work ethic;
  • Friendly and has good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Having the ability to analyze data;
  • Able to work in a team and a fast learner.
