Key Responsibilities
- Manage meeting invitations of Board of Commissioners;
- As a liaison between the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors;
- Making outgoing letter s and documenting the letters related with the Board of Commissioners;
- preparing minutes of meetings and other secretarial administration duties;
- Collecting materials and information that relevant to the implementation of the Board of Commissioners’ duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as secretary To Board Of Commissioners or working in corporate secretary field, law or administration filed;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Communication or any related field;
- Having experience in corporate law or corporate governance is an added value;
- Skilled in compiling meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documenting decisions from the Board of Commissioners
Preferred Qualifications
- Attention to Detail, thorough and having a knowledge and skills related to administration;
- Having a disciplined work style and a strong work ethic;
- Friendly and has good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- Having the ability to analyze data;
- Able to work in a team and a fast learner.
